The Biden administration’s emergency COVID-19 vaccination requirement released today could be expanded in the future to employers who have fewer than 100 workers.
The emergency temporary standard, issued by the Labor Department’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and scheduled to go into effect on Friday, is presented as only applying to firms that have 100 or more employees.
But OSHA is seeking public comments on that aspect of the standard, and it may be ultimately expanded to include smaller businesses, the agency said in the 490-page document.

"Likewise, the ETS would preempt such State or local occupational requirements, even to the extent that they may regulate employers with fewer than 100 employees, notwithstanding that the requirements in this ETS only apply to employers with more than 100 employees."

"By the same token, a delay in applying the ETS to businesses with fewer than 100 employees would allow those businesses the benefit of learning from the models established by larger businesses with respect to accommodations"
I told the Libs at work if bammycare was passed and the gubmint could MAKE you buy healthcare...the gubmint can make you do anything it wants.

STILL un-Constitutional. Mandates made through a regulatory agency are NOT supported by the body of law built up under powers authorized only for Congress.
And the duties that are mandated reflect use of totally ineffectual methods of controlling the condition that is supposed to be addressed, the spread of the COVID-19 Wuhan virus. The vaccinations do not provide any more than a spotty kind of temporary immunity, if any at all, the masks do not work, except to prevent the inhalation of dust particles, and are totally ineffective against any spread of virus, and the “testing” for the presence of the COVID-19 virus is unreliable and is subject to an excessive number of false positives.

Now does the Right believe that the greatest threat to our health, wealth, freedoms, and livelihood is not Big Tech, China, or the Man in the Moon, but the 80+% unconstitutional Federal Government which has become totalitarian?

The DOL, the HHS, OSHA, the EPA, FCC, etc., etc., ad infinitum, ad nauseum, IS the Deep State. The Deep state is none other than the $3 trillion unconstitutional portion of the Federal Government all of which needs to be nuked.
The Roman Empire exceeded America in several ways and was an awesome force in the world. Its fall was gradual but spectacular. Some of the reasons for its fate included (1) overspending (2) corrupt and bloated and apathetic government (3) incompetent military leaders - picked by aristocracy and not by merit (4) hostile public sick of rulers insane decrees and indifferent to an outside force taking over. Are we not following the same path?
One huge problem the Empire had was that it never adequately solved the Imperial succession problem. This left it constantly vulnerable to strength and morale sapping destructive civil wars over who should rule next. Even the Eastern Empire had that problem.

If this overreaching by government is not stopped, it will soon come to pass that Social Security checks will not be mailed out to retirees until they upload their certificate of vaccination to the Social Security website.

The Mop & Cone Police won’t be able to keep up with the larger companies, much less regulate the small ones. This is a joke.
They want to “encourage” small businesses to employ the fresh groups of undocumented workers that are currently surging across the border.
That describes most any empire in history. 21 of the 22 world empires collapsed from corruption within rather than conquerors.
