The Biden administration’s emergency COVID-19 vaccination requirement released today could be expanded in the future to employers who have fewer than 100 workers.

Not in Florida
Expanded. The left’s favorite word.
Just take the employees word for it.
I’ve been given clearly fake immigration papers before and was told — by the government — I was not permitted to question it.
I see no difference here.
Feel the boot on your necks, yet?
The Democrats organized “sanctuary” cities and states to contravene Federal immigration laws and enforcement. Now freedom loving jurisdictions will resist the Biden cabals mandates and their goon squads.
I love it. Can the rats fix THEIR problem before next November. They’ll have to turn on a dime but It’s doable. They took the house in 18 by nominating moderates. Not that easy this time. My idea is to silently prop up the AOC’s out there.
I’ll just 1099 everybody. FJB!!
Even if the OSHA mandate gets shot down, there’s still the CMS mandate that covers any organization that receives Medicare or Medicare funds - as well as any 3rd party that those organizations do business with. So, essentially, all healthcare employers and contractors. I’ve been in healthcare IT for 30 years, and I’ll be out of job (and an entire industry) as of December 5. Can’t even consult, due to the “3rd party” clause.
Killing America at its roots...
Yes, because if there is a serious adverse reaction the company is responsible for the cost.
Let’s say a single parent with two young children is permanently disabled, his or her employer will be forced to pay not only medical costs but the costs of raising the children until they are 18.
This would kill most small businesses.
Just this morning the local radio talk show hosts were discussing mandates.
That got me thinking: what if tax law were changed—you fill out your taxes as normal and send the forms and money to your state government. Then the state government sends the money to the Feds.
If the Feds are being overly oppressive the state could take part or all of that tax money for state coffers.
They have blinked and moved the deadline to January. And that is for Gov contractors and large businesses. And they keep pushing. It is going to be even HARDER with small businesses. Every employee should become a 1099 and kill the payroll tax once and for all. Starve the BEAST!
From what I can gather of a quick look at the OSHA website the rule does not give any credit to natural immunity.
But we are supposed to trust the science.
It is either the jab or weekly test at your own expense.
Just wait till it expands to every other available vax they decide they want you to have, such as for flu, hpv, hepatitis, etc.
Shortly after that will be the lifestyle regs - no drinking or smoking (pot ok), proof of regular exercise, healthy diet.
They can become overly oppressive and just raid bank accounts. One way to go back to a cash society. They aren’t bright.
More like the goal of corporate America. The fixation of some on offshore boogeymen is almost comical at this point. Comical, if the situation wasn't so serious.
The "100+ employees" guys don't give a rat's *ss about their own employees, but they most assuredly don't want to lose their best to smaller entities. This OSHA overture is a sop to the big boys, to encourage them not to resist the current mandate
People don't need to go to China to find enemies.
Go F#CK YOURSELF! I will not ever get that death jab ,clot shot
poison
How will OSHA enforce this.
If I own an ice-cream shop with 3 employees are they going to send a Gestapo Inspector to my business?
That inspector better bring an army along.
I’ve started the process of doing exactly that. I established a 12/1 start date based on the original 12/8 deadline for “compliance” under the Federal contractor rule. I see no need to change this even though the deadline has been extended to January.
