Under the guise of "parents' rights," the Christian right is mainstreaming their hostility to the very idea that children have a right to an education. The closest I have ever come to seeing anything like white supremacy, and I live in St. Louis County, home of the saintly and departed Michael Brown, are people who complain about the crime in the city.
If the Progressives really want to improve race relations, they would urge people to resist crime and quit dropping out of school. Every white person I know is easily able to differentiate between hard-working, family-loving blacks and their families and the criminal element. We can also differentiate that within the white community, as well. But the left continues to take the side of the criminals. It's baffling.
