President Joe Biden’s administration warned Thursday there would be “planned inspections” and heavy fines to ensure businesses comply with a new coronavirus vaccine mandate set for a Jan. 4th deadline.
A senior Biden official spoke to reporters about their planned enforcement measures prior to leveling an Occupational Safety and Public Health requirement for businesses with over 100 employees to get them vaccinated for the coronavirus or test unvaccinated employees weekly and require them to wear masks.
“We also will be having some programmed or planned inspections where we do go to workplaces to check to make certain that the workplace is in compliance with the rule,” the official said.

OSHA seeks comments on the following topics:
1. Employers with fewer than 100 employees. As noted above and fully discussed in the Summary and Explanation for Scope and Application (Section VI.B. of this preamble), OSHA has implemented a 100-employee threshold for the requirements of this standard to focus the ETS on companies that OSHA is confident will have sufficient administrative systems in place to comply quickly with the ETS. The agency is moving in a stepwise fashion on the short timeline necessitated by the danger presented by COVID-19 while soliciting stakeholder comment and additional information to determine whether to adjust the scope of the ETS to address smaller employers in the future. OSHA seeks information about the ability of employers with fewer than 100 employees to implement COVID-19 vaccination and/or testing programs Have you instituted vaccination mandates (with or without alternatives), or requirements for regular COVID-19 testing or face covering use? What have been the benefits of your approach? What challenges have you had or could you foresee in implementing such programs? Is there anything specific to your industry, or the size of your business, that poses particular obstacles in implementing the requirements in this standard? How much time would it take, what types of costs would you incur, and how much would it cost for you to implement such requirements
OSHA to pursue “vax” mandate for private businesses with under 100 employees; Federal Register just published notice for public comments

We’re from the government and we’re here to vaxx you.
OSHA is a small agency, given the size of its mission: with its state partners, OSHA has approximately 2,400 inspectors covering more than 8 million workplaces where 130 million workers are employed. In Fiscal Year 2012 (ending Sept. 30), OSHA and its state partners conducted more than 83,000 inspections of workplaces across the United States — just a fraction of the nation’s worksites. According to a report by AFL–CIO, it would take OSHA 129 years to inspect all workplaces under its jurisdiction.......WIKI EXCERPT
“And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?... The Organs would very quickly have suffered a shortage of officers and transport and, notwithstanding all of Stalin’s thirst, the cursed machine would have ground to a halt! If...if...We didn’t love freedom enough. And even more – we had no awareness of the real situation.... We purely and simply deserved everything that happened afterward.”

ve vant to see your papers!
the first question to employees won’t be “Are you vaxxed?” rather “Are you in the country legally?? If not don’t worry, you are exempt from this mandate.”
OSHA will not be permitted to enter my business without a warrant.
Basically if you don’t risk suiciding yourself then you will pay!

Tyrants having a tirade.
Joe Biden is a complete fool. The Virginia trouncing did not teach him anything. He is such a dunce that he is furthering the mandate crap that caused McAuliffe to lose in spite of the fact that they had every democrat speak for him. He does not have the IQ to realize he is doing more harm to his party. What a giant zero!
The old Carpenters song.. “We’ve Only Just Begun’ comes to mind as to the future of the Reclaim America Movement (RAMP) Party.
2022 and 2024.. truly the last best chances to stem the tide of creeping, now rampaging Socialism.
RAMP It Up!!!
Just point a thermometer at them.
“Uh oh, you can’t come in.”
Serious question:
Religious exemption is well established in law. Companies know better than to invite lawsuits over that sort of thing. At least in theory, COVID is not really different — you can ask for that religious exemption.
I really do NOT see why companies invite trouble by making such exemptions hard. I think some are granted, but I have heard of companies just saying they won’t accept them. I really don’t get it. Seems like asking for trouble, when allyou really need to do is shrug and say “OK”.
And in terms of an Inspection, if you have 500 employees, and 300 are jabbed and 200 are “exempt” then you should pass that Inspection with flying colors. How can you not?
It’s time to stand up to this tyranny.
