This is a war on everyone who owns a small business and everyone who works for a small business.
It also shows that when fascists get away with something they pursue getting away with something even worse.
All this over a virus that has a relative low risk of death. Take the mark, ‘Christians’...
Osha Sancturary states and cities.....the democrats have been ignoring federal regulations for years when it comes to illegal aliens it is time for the republicans to do it with any federal agency enforcing covid mandates.
Looks like we are going to be the new illegal aliens, forced to live in the shadows.
Here's the 100 Employees or More guidance to dissect, and it's handwringing hyperbole right outta the gate.
"The nation's unvaccinated workers face grave danger from workplace exposure to coronavirus, and immediate action is necessary to protect them."
Since "grave danger" is an outright, despicable lie, "immediate action is necessary" is ALSO an outright lie. A stadium-sized asteroid heading for Los Angeles is "grave danger"; a 150ft tsunami aiming for Miami is a "grave danger" — "grave" used medically is one step shy of "terminal"; it's indicative of a quantified threat escape from which would be very nearly miraculous. COVID is not quantified, nor is it quantifiable, and escape from it is as common as sand on the beach, even among those who fall ill.
The part about "making it the deadliest pandemic in the nation's history" is true by raw numbers, but not on an honest "per capita" basis that accounts for changes in national population. IOW, it's a LIE.
"Many of the people killed and infected by this virus were workers whose primary exposures occurred at their jobs."
"Many" is a subjective, throw-away term; it means nothing. "Many" could be a hundred or a million; it's thrown in as an ad hoc scareword because OSHA actually has NO CLUE. So, the entire claim is believable, but there's no metric given to nail down the real impact; it's pure psychological warfare, here.
“COVID-19 has had a devastating impact on workers..."
Yet again, 100% subjectivity with no known actual numbers. Certainly COVID had a devastating impact on workers" who were seriously ill or died. Those who were less ill and have recovered -- ehhh, not so much.
"...we continue to see dangerous levels of cases...
Again with the 100% subjective terminology — this entire initiative is predicated on nothing more than sensationalist fear-mongering, and the gaseous vapor of ham-fisted bureaucracy, and where the foundation is bad, the superstructure is bad.
Good point. Wouldn't doubt it.
Great post!!
you misspelled bloody.
Wait till they move on Medicare a/o SS benefits. No Jab no SS.
That has to be in the play book.
Those are usually self certifications...
And if anyone knocks on your door, there are a lot of things that can be done to delay their ‘due process’ without even getting extra-legal or kinetic... at first.
Considering all the PROBLEMS the vaccine is giving some people, they have a nerve making such demands.
Ladies and Gentlemen, Line up for the lawsuit brigade.
Technically, sole proprietors would already be covered as a business with “less than 100 employees”.
Sounds like “nudge” phase has been completed (scare propaganda & bribery), then they went to push, now they are into the shove phase.
I’ve heard several companies planning to just mandating the vax without a testing option because of the impossible level of admin work to track. This was for a business that is not remote. Local offices and onsite employees.
For those who still refuse the Mark; consider boycotting Thanksgiving and Christmas...you may need the money. :-)
Thank you for posting that link. In there I found a sub-link on religious objections. Here, near the bottom:
It pretty much says “Does an employer have to accept an employee’s assertion of a religious objection to a COVID-19 vaccination at face value?” - “Generally, under Title VII, an employer should assume that a request for religious accommodation is based on sincerely held religious beliefs.”
Of course, all of this really only applies to the government, and private companies may decide as they wish, including termination. But it does give guidance on what one should expect.
It is mortally critical to understand that these fascists want full control of everyone and that means reaching the long arm of government control into every home regardless of work circumstances.
They have decided that they get to inject everything that they want to inject into everyone they want to inject it into.
They intend to enforce that by every means they can.
(This may not be the “Mark of Beast,” but it is close, very close:)
Exactly. The Man of Lawlessness must be waiting in the wings, just offstage.
