I can see OSHA compliance prerequisite for insurance, certifications, state licensing. Compliance certification may also be on corporate tax return.

Everything coming from this government is punitive towards the people. Hard to believe millions bow down and tolerate several dozen of these petty tyrants.

From what I have read/understand, there will be no ambiguity...People will accept the Satanic Mark knowing full well what they are doing...
At this point all bets are off. No vaccine, I mandate your bank accounts be frozen or better yet confiscated. Or I mandate the utilities company to disconnect your home from the power grid.
This could get ugly in a hurry.
I think it is likely a preparation, a warming up , a softening up. I think the real one will require the person to swear allegiance to the state in the form of a person who has taken on god-like status and renounce Jesus Christ. As you said, there will be no ambiguity . The have to get vaccine passports in place, move to a central bank digital currency for ALL countries, then connect to bank accounts and social credit systems, and then after that have the technology for chip implants (I believe that’s no big deal but just the infrastructure, communications bandwidth and data processing to keep and process all that continual data tracking every person’s movements, transactions, etc. ) And this all over the world. They dont quite have the infrastructure for that yet.But they sure are playing the warm up band right now.
I agree. I think culpability is lessened at this point. But there will come a time when it will be clear.
I haven’t seen the written mandate to begin with.
They can use the 87,000 IRS agents they are hiring in the BBB bill. They can cross train them.
Weird concept. Think of the presentation pitch to producers/studios. Still, it was fairly well done and different from the repetitive slasher films.
