Quercetin works mostly in conjunction with the zinc ion, acting as a Zn++ ionophore. If there is a very low level or an actual zinc deficiency in the diet, quercetin would have no effect at all.

Taking daily doses of 50 mg of the zinc ion, as zinc gluconate, provides an ample amount of Zn++ ion without becoming toxic. Over-the-counter preparations like Airborne, Cold-Eeze, or Zicam provide abut 7 mg of Zn++ ion. This may not be enough to effectively curb action of the coronavirus if there is an infection already getting established.

This is what I take. You can also buy it directly from the company at the same price.

I got my wife to do the FCCL(?) protocol with ivermectin, zinc, quercertin, etc.

She then watched some podcast that said the ivermection works with the zinc and delivers it rapidly (like a machine gun), but the quercertin is like a revolver that still gets the zinc delivered.

IDK - I think there is more going on with both IVM and quercertin than just the zinc delivery.
