I got my wife to do the FCCL(?) protocol with ivermectin, zinc, quercertin, etc.

She then watched some podcast that said the ivermection works with the zinc and delivers it rapidly (like a machine gun), but the quercertin is like a revolver that still gets the zinc delivered.

IDK - I think there is more going on with both IVM and quercertin than just the zinc delivery.

Italian researchers demonstrated that quercetin helps to treat the wuhan coronavirus. They used only quercetin.

Groups at higher risk for the wuhan coronavirus have more stored iron. Some claim quercetin removes iron from the body.

I have been a nutrition devotee for 50 years and currently am a healthy 83. I started seriously following Covid-19 last March—both the news and researching science. When we were told loss of smell and taste was an early Covid symptom, I researched and discovered that was a symptom of ZINC deficiency, and then I read Dr. Vladimir Zelenko’s March, 23, 2020 cc to the White House. He identified Zinc as the virus stopper, HCQ as the IONOPHORE that helps get zinc into infected cells, and Azithromycin as protection against bacterial infection of lungs that become more vulnerable if cytokyne storms are triggered by large quantities of virus.

As I have continued to remain informed and read relevant science research I have come to the impression that HCQ’s main utility if taken alone is to mobilize whatever zinc a person has when HCQ is taken, but if zinc is not added or the person is already zinc deficient, HCQ looses its utility. Ivermectin seems somewhat more effective alone, but far better with zinc. Quercetin is slower but also effective and so far can be bought at health food and nutrition stores like the other vitamins and supplements on the GRAS (generally recognized as safe) List. Since Quercetin is a member of the C complex family, Large amounts of Vitamin C can also be helpful. Dr. Robert Cathcart recommends healthy people take 4 GRAMS of Vitamin C a day at 6 hour intervals. I have taken from 3 to 7 grams a day for 50 years to help several allergic responses. Dr. Cathcart also has a protocol for using high levels of C to what he calls Bowel Tolerance. At the point when you start to get diarrhea from too much C, reduce the amount a bit to a level that gives relief but no diarrhea. Over 8 hours I once gave 50 grams of C to a woman stung by yellow jackets who had forgotten her bee sting allery kit. The 10 grams of crushed C tablets dissolved in a glass of water opened her throat and swollen eyes in 20 minutes. After 8 hours together she said I could leave her with some C and she felt much better. The next day she hiked 3 miles out of the encampment. She never had any diarrhea from 50 grams in 8 hours.

Dr. Z has also recommended Doxycycline instead of Azithromycin, but I think he should recommend more Vitamin C and Vitamin D for long term optimum health.
