In the Pigford fund, Democrat administrations “admitted” the guilt of the Agriculture Department in discriminating against blacks who wanted farm loans, and in a “settlement” Democrats were able to hand out billions of dollars of US taxpayer money to one of their core constituencies.
It was run basically on the “honor” system and blacks who wanted money simply had to send in a statement reciting the right words. There was an apartment building in NYC in which every apartment got money for being a discriminated black farmer.
They expanded it to Hispanics, Native Americans, etc. when they saw that neither Republicans nor judges would put a stop to it.
This should be criminal in of itself.
