Yeah, and you should think about feeding the shredder with all of those Ibram X. Kendi and Robin DiAngelo books about how you should blow $15,000 or so to get someone like Kendi or DiAngelo to lecture you on white privilege. But only if you actually care about improving the fortunes of underprivileged minorities rather than assuaging the guilt of white people by throwing money away.
An empirical study by the Heritage Foundation that analyzed data in 554 districts teaching 22.5 million students found that, now that chief diversity officers (CDOs) have been hired by virtually every college campus, 79 percent of the largest K-12 districts have hired such officers as well, and even rural districts are taking them on at a fast clip. Okay, so how is that working out? Districts with CDOs have greater achievement gaps between rich and poor, between white and black, and between white and Latino students.
“In districts without a CDO,” reports Heritage, “the average black student is 1.9 grade levels behind the average white student on standardized test results.” With CDOs, that gap grows to 2.4 grade levels. The same pattern emerges when comparing white and Latino students, although the gaps are smaller.

Metrics don’t matter to the 2+2 = 5 crowd.
This attitude has lead to segregated classrooms in many instances.
There are several possible contributors to this.
In other words:
They need More diversity Officers
They are like the Government. They have to blame someone. Might as blame racism. What ever that is.
NO SHITE, SHERLOCK!
Black and Latino students tend to be at left-wing, bloated, bureaucratic government schools that hire BS positions like “diversity officers”

Step 1 - Hire Diversity Officer
Step 2 - Diversity Officer discovers rampant racism.
Step 3 - Hire Assistant Diversity Officer.
Step 4 - Diversity Officer and Assistant find twice as much racism.
Step 5 - Hire Deputy Assistant Diversity Officer.
Step 6 - Diversity Officer, Assistant Diversity Officer and Deputy Assistant Diversity Officer find 3 time more racism than before.
Step 7 - continue as above. Fire production staff to make room for more Diversity Officers.

Nearly every young couple I know with children have them reading at 3rd grade level before they are 5. But it is unfair because they are privileged being able to spend a few hours reading to and with their kids and able to afford to go to the 99 cent store to purchase children’s books
It’s not your fault so why try harder? Great message to send to any kid.
I’d start with genetics.
Well being disciplined and respectful to others is a sign of privilege so we must be rid of that.
Or even go to a library and borrow books for free.
I hear math is racist.
