A female student at Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts is seen on video being arrested for trespassing on campus in September.
After getting expelled for multiple mask violations and being denied a medical exemption, Morgan Mack was allegedly on campus to retrieve her laptop from her car Sept. 12 when the police and Interim Director of Campus Safety Debra Duncan met her.
“Video shows Duncan holding her down on the pavement,” wrote The College Fix correspondent Charles Hilu.
The student can be heard on camera saying she was on a hunger strike and had not had water for two days, adding that she might pass out or have a seizure because she is diagnosed with epilepsy.
“A Smith College student was arrested for repeatedly and knowingly violating a college trespass order, after failing to comply with the college’s COVID safety protocols,” Smith College media relations director Stacey Schmeidel told The Fix.
Mack filed for a medical exemption, with health issues already on file at the Office of Disability Services and the college health center, but she was denied, The College Fix reports. However, Schmeidel refuted the claim.
“Smith College requires an individual to submit an accommodation request, supported by medical documentation, to the Office of Disability Services,” Schmeidel said in an email to the outlet. “The student in question was notified of this process, but they did not submit the required documentation.”
After being reported by some faculty and administration, Mack was called into the office of the Dean of Students. The dean informed Mack that her exemption was not approved, and she was suspended for noncompliance.
The student was allowed onto her hall that night, but her Student ID card that permits access to her dorm was deactivated the following day when she attempted to enter. Campus police arrived and arrested her for trespassing.
After being bailed out, Mack stayed at a friend’s dorm, where the police arrived and demanded she leave. The university placed Mack in a hotel for the remainder of her disciplinary process.

She’s part of a “hunger strike”. “Hasn’t had water in 2 days”. So? Go eat and find a hose.
Students, and parents paying the bills, should not go to a college that does not respect their values. Let your money do the talking and walking. That said, if you get trespassed, expect to get arrested if you trespass again. People cant expect to be able to just have a tantrum and get away with it (like the left does). Stand by your values but be mature about it.
But the police officer does not have on a mask!

Of course Deborah Duncan‘s office has no comment on why the police officer didn’t have a mask on, I find that interesting.
Defund those police. They have nothing better to do than harass the citizens.

Sue the college, and you’re likely to get at least your money back.
You can buy a lot of learning for what you were paying for that wall art they call a Smith diploma.
And if enough people applied the only pre$$ure that matters to Smith, you’d never get face planted and arrested by goons you paid for.
But as things stand, Smith can afford to snooker people out of thousands of dollars a year, and bully them and unilaterally change the terms of the contract...because, “sanction of the victim.”
There ain’t a violin small enough.
Why no mask on police officer?
Wtf, that is an elite expensive school with a 32% acceptance rate. How many people have been expelled from schools like that for mask violations?
Because there are two classes of people; The Elite and sheep. The sheep have to wear masks.
But I'm having trouble believing a supposedly bright college student went on a hunger strike while taking seizure meds.
The point you conveyed with your response was that she was being irresponsible for not getting vaccinated, at least that was the impression your response evoked within me.
Now I could question her sincerity about really being on a hunger strike, but it would totally be an opinion based upon my biases alone.
She is a nutcase.
Let me tell you a story, I had a friend who left a bar in Miami Florida, was driving through the parking lot of the bar and was pulled over by a police officer who performed a DUI check. The police officer arrested him for DUI, wrote Him a ticket and let him leave. My friend took the case to trial, explained everything to the judge. The judge turned to the police officer and asked “did you let this person drive home after you arrested him for DUI?” The police officer answered yes. The judge said case dismissed.
And that is why the police officer should of been wearing a mask!
You can be expelled for saying the “wrong” pronouns, or not putting a cloth over your nose and mouth.
These two actions are not bad actions. They are not crimes. But they are the two most significant ways in which the left controls people and commands them to think in an approved fashion. That explains the hysterical nazism on the part of the college.
