It’s just another outbreak of that mental illness we keep hearing more and more about..
Somali killed three people and shouted ‘Allahu Akbar’: Not guilty, not an Islamist,” translated from “Somalier tötete drei Menschen und rief “Allahu Akbar”: Schuldunfähig, kein Islamist,” by Rene Rabeder, Exxpress, October 22, 2021 (thanks to Medforth):
Incredulous amazement in the trial of the knife attacker of Würzburg. The Somali attacked with a stolen knife in June, killing three women and injuring several people, some of them fatally. According to a new expert opinion, the Somali was “incapable of guilt” at the time of the attack. This has consequences for his trial. Authorities are now struggling with the decision to deport him.
The African has now been healed, reports his lawyer. Four months after he killed three women in downtown Würzburg, Abdirahman Jibril A. is said to be “master of his senses” again. The suspect Somali is currently placed in a psychiatric hospital in Bavaria by order of the local court. There the doctors had “put together such a medication” that a reasonable conversation with A. was now possible again. In the case of the insane act, of course, it should have been different. The General Public Prosecutor’s Office in Munich commissioned two experts to prepare expert reports in mid-July. They conducted so-called exploration talks with the Somali in the clinic. As reported by “Welt,” the experts’ results essentially coincide with the first preliminary report from the summer. So “innocent of guilt.” On the day of the crime, he claims to have heard voices; according to a witness statement, he is said to have talked to birds.
The public prosecutor’s office is expected to apply for permanent placement of the accused in a closed ward of a psychiatric hospital by the end of the year, the statement said. The procedure was a much discussed borderline case from the start. Witnesses spoke of the perpetrator shouting “Allahu Akbar.”
However, the investigators do not have evidence of a political motive of the devout Muslim. The police did not find any Islamist-related material on the suspect’s cell phone or in his apartment. If the perpetrator is convicted by Würzburg, according to the spokeswoman, the responsible Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF) is examining the revocation of his subsidiary protection and the responsible immigration authority is examining the issue of an expulsion order. After a revocation, deportation would be “in principle legally possible.”
“According to § 53 Abs. 3b AufenthG, deportation is only permitted if a foreigner has committed a serious crime or if he represents a danger to the general public or the security of the Federal Republic of Germany.”
In view of the facts, it can be assumed that these requirements are met in the Jibril A. case, “regardless of the fact that he may be judged as incompetent.”
Hans-Jochen Schrepfer, the Somali’s lawyer, wanted to give “no prognosis” on the question of a possible deportation at the request of the “Welt.” In the past few weeks, his client could finally be questioned by investigators after a treatment in the clinic. Schrepfer describes A’s statements as “very reflective”: “He expressed his regret for the fate of his victims and explained his subjective point of view.”
An Islamist wants to kill infidels.
A Muslim wants the Islamist to kill infidels.
(Yeah, I suppose there are exceptions to that. But it’s still a good rule-of-thumb.)
how my own peoples can be so, so stupid...
I hope he is released so the victims’ families can exact true justice, the only type that is now possible in that sick country.
The poorly written link says he killed three people and fatally wounded several others.
He was just following orders.
The Seles stabber, Günter Parche, was some Steffi Graf consumed fan, who felt Graf was unfairly beaten by Seles. For about a year, this was on his mind....so when the national tennis body put Seles at number one (ahead of Graf), this guy went nuts and tried to kill Seles. Serious mental issues but the court could only bring itself to give him a two-year sentence, and I think he was out in 6-to-8 months.
On the Somali guy...he’s been in Germany since 2015, and lived most of the time in homeless shelters (zero integration that I know of). Even other non-Germans who came into contract with him...noted that he was not competent.
His application for asylum? That was denied about a year after his arrival. No one in the immigrant office made that much of an effort to clear the guy for deportation. Even if they talk now of deportation....they’d have to go and convince Somalia to accept the guy. Questionable if they’d accept the nutcase back.
Yep. That scumbag didn't serve a day in jail for plunging a knife an inch deep into the #1 player in the world, destroying her career.
Parche got a free pass because he “helped” a German tennis player. You think if Parche was a Seles fan and he had stabbed Graf, he would have been out in 6 to 8 months? He’d still be institutionalized to this day.
Bingo
The Somali attacked with a stolen knife in June, killing three women and injuring several people, some of them fatally.
I wonder if the ones in injured fatally were part of the 3 women he killed, or there were others?

So he was just helping them fulfill their "destiny?"
Regards,
So he was “insane” in June when he murdered the women, but now “he is healed,” just four months later? The gaslighting goes on and on.
But remember, the powers that be are denying US Citizens the religious exemption from the jab.
Proves that elite Germans can talk themselves into anything. What’s changed since ‘35?
Somalis are the worst of the worst and incapable of feeling guilt at anytime.
God save us from the Europeans of today...
Sie haben den Varstand verloren.
