I believe we are to honor authorities and obey the laws of the nation; so much so that if I were around during the American Revolution, like the Quakers, I wouldn’t have participated in the largely economically based rebellion against the Crown. However, the current situation concerning the vaccination mandates is something different on several levels.
First, and most important for the Christian, is that the processes for developing these vaccines incorporates products derived from aborted fetuses. Both the Moderna and the Pfizer vaccines are developed, proved, and processed on cell lines derived from fetal cells; while the Johnson and Johnson vaccine is grown on these cells and contain human DNA and protein.
The general arguments provided to justify these processes are: 1) The original fetal cells were collected several decades ago; 2) The cells or cell lines used today are descendants of the original cells and have been made to multiply in the laboratory setting; 3) The mothers of the original aborted fetuses wanted to abort their babies; 4) Then there is the appeal to authority where some leaders in the pro-life movement and/or Christianity claim that the current usage is not offensive or immoral.
However, that the final product is formulated using material derived from the original fetal tissue is a moot issue does not change the reality that these cells or cell lines are descendants of aborted fetal tissue. Anyone who truly holds to the sanctity of life (that mankind is created in the image of God) and yet is simultaneously able to overlook this reality is, in my view, willingly fooling themselves. Like me, someday they will have to answer to our Creator for their decision.

[T]hese cells or cell lines are descendants of aborted fetal tissue.
Since the authors first objection is to the use of aborted fetal cells I’ll note that Regeneron’s monoclonal antibody treatment was tested using those same fetal cell lines.
Grobien elaborates: “Unlike the abortion itself, which could be distanced from our experience as a singular event in history, the ongoing use of the aborted body continues today, serving the demand for some vaccines.”
Grobien’s article on this is insightful as to how fetal tissue is involved with a large part of current vaccine development:
my objections are science based.
arbitrary shots that haven’t passed all the FDA testing aren’t advised to be taken.
and if those shots do not yield IMMUNITY from the virus... then they’re not ‘vaccines’
That’s a good reason, but don’t kid yourself if you think it can be expressed without consequence.
So, black citizens were murdered to create vaccines that give mostly white citizens peace of mind.

I find the ease the good Reverend is able to dismiss Liberty as one of the prime reasons for the Declaration of Independence, and the Revolution itself, very disturbing.
In the days of the Revolution, life issues were mainly among those who survived birth. Abortion as we know it, and the lust for killing the unborn, were yet to be experienced.
JUST SAY NO!
Forget the moral fig leaf.
Be a MAN (or a woman) or whatever you identify as /s and stand up for yourself.
STAND for FREEDOM!
This article is way too complicated. Why does a person even have to explain their “No.”?
“No” means “No”.
Thanks
