Rep. Banks did not “misgender” anyone. In fact, he correctly identified the gender of the person involved.

Why not sue the for in-kind campaign contributions? The suits might not go anywhere but Twitter will still have cost of defending. The should face billions in direct legal costs and liabilities.
The problem with this scenario is the Republicans, who are, if not traitorous backstabbers, worthless.
