I didn’t know Halyna Hutchins was planning on quitting.
It is well documented what a hothead Baldwin is, now I’m wondering if it was an accident.
It was reported Hutchins was not happy with the working conditions for the crew......thus the union walkout....fwiw

From what I've gleamed from other threads, Baldwin was angry that the cinematographer and/or director wanted another take and taking what he thought was the "cold" gun, pointed it at them, uttered profanities and said "How about I shoot you?," and fired.
Btw, Santa Fe county voted 70% for Biden in the 2020 election. Good luck with any criminal charges being brought against Baldwin. But his anger and childish show of emotions finally brought a consequence that unfortunately was the death of another person.
She was walking out with the rest of the crew but decided to finish the day. It was a fatal mistake.
