Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) said Friday that Democrats are within striking distance of winning a long-sought agreement on President Biden's sweeping domestic agenda.
Returning to the Capitol from a White House breakfast with the president, the Speaker said there are "a couple outstanding issues" to iron out in the health care arena, but the environmental aspects of the bill "are resolved" and she's "optimistic" that a deal is close.
"We're in good shape. We're moving along," Pelosi said.

They probably bought off enough Republicans in the Senate. Maybe promised to FIX Liz Cheney’s election race for her. That would make McConnell happy. He respects her so much you know.
I interpret this to mean “My boys have a few final legs to break and one horse head to place in a bed and I’ll have my votes lined up. I love politics.”
The same thing could be said about a rattlesnake.
In other words, keep calling your representative.
If they fail in this, then they will descend into even more self-destructive behavior.

The deal—whatever it is—will not go forward with the Senate Filibuster in place.
While enough RINOs voted to allow the 1.9 Trillion bill through, none of them are on record in support of the 3.5 trillion (or “Son of 3.5”, whatever it becomes; i.e., what Pelosi says they’re close on).
Sinema and Manchin said they are against any changes to the Filibuster.

You are forgetting reconciliation, which is the vehicle that they always planned to use for the second pork package.
There isn’t any filibuster option for reconciliation.
