Ca rules and regs killed the trucking industry. Add in the mandate sh** and it’s another Biden mess in the works.
A lot of it.
BTW I live where I can watch the train traffic on the mainline from the Ports of LA and Long Beach to the distribution points in the lower mid west-mainly cow town.
There generally is a train every 5 minute or so going to to from. The last few days? Its been around 15 minutes.
Maybe they got problems on the line. I dunno, but its something to consider.

Ah, the gales of November.
On further reflection. I went outside and took a look cross the valley. I can see a good 30 miles of track from here.
Not ONE train.
But the transportation secretary is changing diapers, so it’s all good.
I was an export salesman. Marine transportation was a large part of my life especially TransPac.
May I ask what your opinion is why the back ups? Ships and TEU's out of rotation? (my pet theory). As much as I read, I can't see one or two clear reasons.
