The passengers who did nothing while a homeless man raped a woman on a commuter train outside Philadelphia may have also recorded the vile attack on their cellphones instead of calling for help, authorities said.
Surveillance footage showed Fiston Ngoy, 35, who has been charged with rape in Wednesday’s sickening attack aboard a Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority train, spent nearly 45 minutes harassing the woman and touched her breast at one point, according to an arrest affidavit obtained by the Philadelphia Inquirer.
Police said the rape lasted about six minutes as other passengers looked on while holding their cellphones, but didn’t use the devices to call 911, SEPTA’s police chief said Monday.

They may have been recording to help catch the perps. They may have been unable to stop anything. I doubt I could stop much. I hope I would try.
But why give everyone sinister motivations. The rapist is the bad guy.
On the other hand, if the DA thinks you used too much force, you’ll be thrown into a cell next to the actual perp.

lots of reports on some of the train runs are being used by homeless and SEPTA never checks for tickets. They ride the SEPTA train all day to enjoy the climate control.

Americans have gotten the point. Do not do anything to anger a specially privileged government-certified member of a victim group. They have all the power.
Unless it’s a member of your family or a friend, most will do nothing.

It doesn't matter what the law says. What matters is the DA, in a criminal case, or the judge in a civil one.
The process is the punishment.
On paper, PA law does what you say, but your life will be ruined if you use deadly force in defense of another. I'd use deadly force to save my skin or my family or a known friend. Strangers are on their own - get their own deadly force.
If there is a black involved it is best to stay away. Look at what happened to the Border Patrol. They were oing their job just fine, and Joe says “they will pay for this”. Future Haitians coming across can spit in Border Patrol’s face, knowing Joe has their back.
Personally, I don’t care how rough and tumble it may have become, if I were on that nancy, the perp would need multiple corrective surgeries to ever gain the use of his hands again.
And in somewhere within the dynamic “react to contact”, he would be fortunate to only lose hands.
If the odds are stacked with evil, the messier and more potentially terrifying terminal the scenario gets.
It is never right to not fight against evil being carried out against the innocent.
If I am going to bleed or die for what is right, it’s going both ways.
I want desperately to live, and for my wife and little girl to know how much I love them, and how much God loves them, but my heart belongs to Jesus, and if horrific evil is being carried out against another soul in front of me, I will give up my life to stop it.

I was wondering when the keyboard Batman would show up.
I had a dream last night, where I came out of a tunnel under a big city, only to see a huge conical volcano probably ten miles away in the throes of a violent eruption, and it was damned vivid.
I stopped in the middle of the highway gawking, and saw others get out of their cars and begin videoing the unbelievable event.
For a split second, I wanted to take a video too because it was so vivid, the dark wall of white, gray, and black smoke with lightning and bright red and orange mixed in, and at the bottom, it appeared the volcano was coming apart right then and there. My immediate thought was "What the Hell am I thinking?"
Then, I saw a giant lahar sweeping my way across the short plain and up the miles long hill that ran straight towards the volcano...shouting "S**t! S**t! S**t!) I did a U-turn and floored it, squealing the tires, my eyes glued on my rear-view mirror.
I saw it sweeping up the hill in my wake, engulfing the stopped cars whose drivers had been videoing the event, and I woke up.
It was very vivid, and I lay there for a few moments thinking of it, and thought "I will never be in that position of videoing something that is going to kill me..."
A few years ago, I was on a plane, and a passenger was having a heated and loud argument with the Flight Attendant. Then, I noticed that all the passengers in the area, several dozen, all had their phones peeking up over the backs of the seats, all displaying a miniature video of the altercation in progress.
It was extremely creepy.
I think there exists a body of people who have never seen many things in life with their own eyes.
The location, i.e., Chicago; behavioral circumstances, i.e., no one lifted a finger to help stop it, except to lift their cellphones, not to dial 911, but to record the rape for their and their friends’ amusement; leads me to surmise from seeing and hearing of the same type of behavior repeated countless times through the decades, that we’re dealing with certain demographics who have been ordained and protected by the Democrats, as the Official Certified Victim Class, who enjoy victimizing others, especially whites, and who have also been deemed incapable of being racist no matter how racist they are.
And then the dead perp's family sues you into bankruptcy. No thanks.

I’d like to say I’d react. But I’d be hesitant. In today’s world you’ll either get, arrested and held for much longer just because you’re a white Samaritan, get killed by one of the mob, or sued by all and canceled. This is Amerika.
