Did I understand the law professor correctly? Vaccine legislation has been upheld for decades, so this governor's regulation will be too?

If that's their argument, why not add in every other thing that might (but almost certainly won't) make these kids sick? Why not add in rabies, anthrax, typhoid, cholera, plague, zoster, yellow fever, dengue, and so on? If there's even the slightest chance the kids might contract something, why not give 'em the shot for it now?
