I would answer the subpoena by showing up at the committee, make an opening statement condemning the entire charade, then plead the 5th to every question after that....
Basically make a mockery of the entire situation, they can’t force him to testify, they might be able to punish him for ignoring their subpoena....
Since the Kenyanesian Usurper corrupted the DOJ, they only act against conservatives.
Holder is guilty as hell and free as a bird.
When Trump was president, I thought he wasn’t supposed to tell the DOJ what to do.

Did there used to be a gentlemen’s agreement whereby the DOJ would not go subpoena presidential advisors of past administration? Just wondering if anybody knows... It seems obvious that Trump, as a former president, is not in a position to claim executive privilege. Yet, past presidents were not harried by congressional committees either.
Why would the hellhole in DC be any different?

During Trump’s time in office, Dems were saying that the President should never try to influence what the Justice Dept. does. Apparently, that only applies to Republican Presidents.

They'd likely say that by having an opening statement you were waiving your 5th ammendment rights and actually testifying. Then arrest you for contempt when you tried to actually use it.
