Another shameful moment for Victoria Police caught on camera.
On Saturday, police swarmed Princess Park in Carlton North, attempting to shut down a protest that never eventuated.
Thousands of officers descended on the inner-city park confronting locals lawfully out enjoying the day.
Sitting on a park bench with her husband drinking tea, one woman refusing to show ID police violently tackled to the ground.
Mainstream media quickly photographed the woman as police had her pinned to the gravel, labelling her a protester.
But none of them spoke to their alleged "protester".
If they had, they'd know she was innocent.

I’m of two minds regarding LEOs — there’s the Honest, and there’s the remainder.
The remainder is no better than the suspect. In other words, more than an equal response is justifiable.
The honest are harder and harder to find.
Just doin their jobs...just doin their jobs...

Rank and file always ends up being what leadership wants.
A LEO is similar to gun. It is neither “good” nor “bad”. To determine if it will be used for good or bad, you need to look at who is controlling it.
A gun in the hand of a good guy is a good thing.
A police officer enforcing good laws is a good thing.
A gun in the hand of a bad guy is a bad thing.
A police officer enforcing evil, corrupt laws is a bad thing.
The Police were just doing their jobs; following standard procedure. There is no evidence of any policeman violating anyone’s rights.
You’re kidding, right?
Here’s a video of some New Hampshire state police menacingly hoovering over people attending a public meeting of their elected officials and arresting them pretty much at random. It does not inspire great confidence in our law enforcement.

“lawfully out enjoying the day”
Let that sink in,
hard truth there. any law enforcement is only as good as the leadership given. At some point when the leadership is failing a police officer has to ask can I continue or should I move on.
