Off hand, aren't these mandates unconstitutional? If so, the law has been broken in the first place?...all people threatened with job loss are being blackmailed by the POTUS,

I wouldn’t focus solely on the religious angle. I would bring in the Nuremburg angle prohibiting forced cooperation in medical experimentation, citing the adverse vaccine reactions that have been widely reported, along with the extremely low rate of risk that Covid carries for people under 50.

I’m thinking fifth amendment, too. “No person shall be deprived of life, liberty or property without due process of law.” That applies to the federal government directly without the need to pass the “compelling state interest” test of the 14th.
