Service members from all five branches of the U.S. military, federal employees, and federal civilian contractors have joined in a class-action (Pentagon Faces Class Action Lawsuit Over Vaccine Mandates on Military, Federal Employees and Contractors)
The 24 plaintiffs “face a deadline under the Federal COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate to receive a COVID-19 vaccine that violates their sincerely held religious beliefs, and have been refused any religious exemption or accommodation,” according to Liberty Counsel, the Christian legal firm that filed the lawsuit.

It’s a crap shoot, but I will not be surprised if they come down on the side of Fedzilla.

The constitution has routinely been ignored for decades. It’s largely a museum piece.
I wouldn’t focus solely on the religious angle. I would bring in the Nuremburg angle prohibiting forced cooperation in medical experimentation, citing the adverse vaccine reactions that have been widely reported, along with the extremely low rate of risk that Covid carries for people under 50.

The courts just hear what they want and it usually isn’t in our favor. The Constitution be damned.
I’m thinking fifth amendment, too. “No person shall be deprived of life, liberty or property without due process of law.” That applies to the federal government directly without the need to pass the “compelling state interest” test of the 14th.
The legal question will be if the federal executive branch has the legal authority to mandate federal government employees be vaccinated if they don’t want to. Remember, Biden basically said, “jab or job,” as they removed the ability to request an accommodation. I doubt SCOTUS will rule on the right of the feds to do this, but they’ll likely say they can’t disallow a religious or health accommodation.
According to many here, military service members have no rights.

They should be unconstitutional, especially for fed employees and contractors. My body my choice, right?
