If not, the nobody has any right to tell him what to say or not say.
Now I’d call a closed door meeting, and tell every single cop to call out sick.
Lori is asking the officers who object to giving vax info to the City to keep working without pay. I don’t see how she can threaten to withhold their pay and expect them to work.
So, the issue is whether or not the union that represents them can talk about the situation. Therefore, I think this gag order is foolish and unconstitutional, but judges give out gag orders often, although usually to restrain publicity that will prejudice a case. I don’t see that as relevant here. But, I’m not an attorney.
So many judges unschooled. What do we do?

WTF? Judge got it backwards. The irreparable harm is for those that got the shot. It can’t be undone.
