Peroxide works great
I have never found one that works.
Plenty of them seem to work and then the stain comes back like the proverbial bad penny.
If she is lucky her home insurance will pay to replace the carpet.
You got that right! One night around midnight, I heard repeated rings of the doorbell and then someone pounding on the door. After fumbling with the phone for awhile, I could not see anyone on the Ring camera.
I'm not going to the door in that scenario without being armed so I got a .38 revolver from the closet and peered through the glass. Still saw nothing. Well, maybe someone is in trouble and needs help was one thought as I opened the door. About 20 ft. to the left stood a policeman who had a flashlight trained on himself so I could see him. He identified himself and asked what I had in my right hand (behind my back). I nervously explained that I heard a commotion and did not know was going on. He asked again. "I have a gun in my hand."
"You better put it down." I went back in the house and put the pistol on the coffee table and came back to the door with both hands visible so he could see I was not armed.
"Are there any women in the house--girlfriend, wife?" "No, just me and my son." He explained that they had reports of screams coming from the house.
Finally, he must have convinced himself that this was the wrong house and left. Relieved, I thought this was a good reason for the axiom that you don't point a gun at anything you don't intend to shoot. If I had come to the door with the gun pointed in front of me, I would likely be dead.
Lawyers always win
Both sides are complicit. For every wild eyed ambulance chasing yahoo there is a defendant’s lawyer soaking up fees in court
I use one by Woolite which removes organic stains (blood, urine, vomit etc) and hasn’t failed me yet.
Start with generous amounts of cold water, shop vac the fluid up. Repeat with cold water, and suck that up, then use a good stain remover carpet cleaner. The artificial fibers of most carpet do not absorb blood. The problem is getting out the blood in the pad UNDER the carpet.
Pretty sure we have tried the Woolite product.
The white berber grabs on to stains and never lets go.

I mentioned in a previous post that maybe her insurance would pay to replace the carpet.
Insurance may insist that the carpet be cleaned.
In that case ServPro would be the way to go on cleaning.
Was the residence that of a drug dealer? Drugs or drug money are typically involved in that sort of invasion.
Female cat had a problem and bleed on the carpet in the bedroom, alot.
Soaked it up with a paper towel then poured peroxide 3% and watched it bubble up and wallah, blood was neutralized. Soaked it up with p towels and cant tell it was there.

There are some few who stop, drop and cower whenever someone in dark clothing yells "Police" at them.
We call these people "victims".
“The white berber grabs on to stains and never lets go.”
Never tried it on berber.
they have worn riot gear and badges and had vehicles made up in similar ways as well and done home invasions
just like the real police do
Why not? That's pretty much what the government is doing to us right now.....with or without the aid of police!!!
For those keeping score, Anderson is the county seat of Madison County, Indiana. On the 2020 presidential ballot in Madison County, President Trump received 60% of the vote, Brandon got 37% (and the Libertarian 2%).
