I am late to the posting after reading all of this and doing a bit of research.
As mentioned just days ago, The First Amendment tests have not stood in the way of religion and there has never been any provision relating to the “sincerity” of conviction with the only condition being to claim or state religion of virtually any kind.
The courts of the Middle District of Florida and the Eleventh Circuit do not appear to have much track record with this sort of thing but they are dominated by Bush (for what that is worth) and Trump appointees (again for what that is worth) and a minority of obammy appointees who are dependably biased. I pray that this becomes a land mark case in favor of the Plaintiffs.
I wish this group all measure of success from Heaven and on Earth. It is past time to stand up against this tyrannical administration.
It was about this time of the administration the Tea Party started when dumbo was immaculated. I hope this turns out much differently. These tyrannical communist radicals are on track to sink us fast if they have not already, but sink us or not I hope to be brave and resolute enough to go down standing and never on my knees in submission.
So far Liberty Counsel are the only group that has taken this necessary action that I am aware of. They operate on donations and this will take a lot of work and money if it is able to proceed and not be cut off at the knees for some fool declaration like “no standing” as is so often the case when the right tries to stand or oppose attacks on Liberty. Consider helping them out with a donation. I have put my money where my mouth is already with no pretense.
Some ambitious but forthright politicians would do themselves well by getting behind this when they should have already gotten ahead of it. Almost all have been virtually silent, cowards that they are. They do it so well though.

I’m curious if Mark Levin’s legal group or Jay Sekulow’s are planning anything. They are usually involved in some excellent legal actions- pro-life, pro- liberty, etc.
I wish this group the very best- may they be blessed with superior legal minds and strategies to overcome the lunacy overtaking the sense of otherwise rational people who apparently are intent on subverting our freedom.
