IF Obama-biden tries to pack the court then when a R wins we add more judges we like. Pretty soon SCOTUS has 20k members.

He went against the advice of his generals to leave 2,500 troops in Afghanistan. Do we really think he’s going to pay attention to a commission?

And the Dems will reject future election fraud and it will be rainbows and unicorns all around. They do it now or they will lose their chance to finally bury the constitution for good. They will give it their best shot and will most likely succeed.

That was what I was thinking. They’ll just figure out a way to have the MSM carry all the water on this issue until they succeed at the court-packing.

Deep State now owns SCOTUS.

No need for court packing.

As far as I’m concerned, SCOTUS is NOW at 74,000,000 members - all those that voted for DJT.

No statutory law and no SCOTUS decision is legal if on the face it is Unconstitutional.

I know the liberals are not always consistent, however, the situation here was , we were told that a commission would study issues with the federal courts, including the Supreme Court.

So now how can they be intellectually honest, and go against the recommendations of this expert commission, and try to pack the Supreme Court anyway????

I must say I’m surprised. I expected this report to be a rubber stamp of “Pack The Court”.

And you think public opinion matters after all that has already happened in just months?

Have you seen the nominees this administration has paraded? Look at this one and tell me you think they give a damn about public opinion.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Saule_Omarova

She simply wants to abolish federal banks and nationalize the whole system. She wants her banking system to deny loans to anyone deemed not to be socially oriented in the rifht way. She is a communist educated Kazakhstan born nut roaming freely.

Every nominee by this administration for any position is about the same kind of radical. You think this administration cares about what any of us think?

The current “conservative leaning” SCOTUS gives the liberal morons practically everything they want anyway.

He pays NO attention to anything. He does what he wants because he is allowed to get away with it.

I have a hard time with people who think what he is doing is great for the country and world.

Why would Dems need to pack the court when they already win basically all the big cases?
