A federal judge Thursday postponed the lead trial of accused Oath Keepers associates charged in the Jan. 6 riots at the U.S. Capitol from January to April, conceding that continuing delays in the government's disclosure of a mountain of growing evidence made a trial this winter impossible.

Unconstitutional.
Political prisoners.
Not an exaggeration.
What? No speedy trial?
Deep State: “This has gone on too long. Just shoot these enemies of the state and be done with them! Tell the families they were killed by COVID.”
What are these ‘speedy trials’ of which you speak?
The government is trying hide mountains of evidence.
The “Coup” does not want a trial under any circumstances... they are begging jailed defendants to plead... the Judges are holding them on lock down...well past time they would serve if convicted... yet these patriots still insist on a trial... This was not an intelligence failure it was an intelligence op.
There is plenty of info to show it...meanwhile our country is being deconstructed from within.
We are dealing with PURE EVIL. Go to revolver.com and you can get the real story.
The “siege” was staged — all of it.
You’re entitled to a fair and speedy trial, not what the government has been conducting.
Disclosure is a bitch. Right, FBI?
Mark Levin says there are still about 630 protesters in jail in D.C. from the January 6 protest. That was over nine months ago.
Ongoing investigation means continuing to pressure defendants to flip and perjure themselves to convict co-defendants. As a professional prosecutor that’s a hard thing for me to say, but it’s the world we live in. Since Michael Nifong, it’s all been downhill.
Isn’t a ‘speedy trial’ a right?
💯. Our government is criminal.
The public “trials” are being “postponed” until they can better impact the midterm elections.

Why?
Private reply if you’d rather.
Prosecutors know that a speedy trial, normally in complex cases, works against the defendant because it does not give them enough time to interview witnesses favorable to the defense or to investigate the prosecutions witnesses for lies or or issues that would reflect on their credibility.
The other side of the speedy trial issue is that if the defense refuses to waive the right to a speedy trial,(ROST), in cases where the prosecution hasn’t done a thorough investigation before filing charges it forces the prosecution to go to trial unprepared.
For the defendants jailed in early January there would not have been enough time for the prosecution to have put together a solid case if they had not gotten the defense to waive ROST.
Trouble finding evidence? Or just bleeding as much money as possible..
630? Wow! I did not know that
Yet another rotten, corrupt JUDGE.
