Texas abortion ban remains in effect after appeals court rules against Justice Department

The nation’s most restrictive abortion law remains in place for now, after a federal appeals court on Thursday sided with the state of Texas. In a brief 2-1 order, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit refused the Justice Department’s request to reinstate an earlier court ruling that had blocked enforcement of the Texas law, which bars the procedure as early as six weeks into pregnancy and makes no exceptions for rape or incest.

The brief order, which is expected to be appealed the Supreme Court, was backed by Judges James C. Ho, a nominee of Donald Trump, and Catharina Haynes, a nominee of George W. Bush. The order noted the dissent of Judge Carl E. Stewart, a nominee of President Bill Clinton.

It follows a temporary decision last week by the same panel to reinstate the law, less than 48 hours after it was suspended by the lower court judge.

Remember what happened to Jerusalem when the people of that town, having seen the enemy depart from them, turned and took back their brethren into slavery … even those they had recently freed.

Taking back repentance is a dangerous thing.

The Democrats and too many Republicans are rabid and eager to keep all baby killing happening everywhere. If because we can push back against this grave sin there might come a respite do not think God will be mocked if the pro-abortion forces manage to again gain ground.

So everything has to wait for the Supreme Court these days. Why bother with the rest, except for the laziness and cowardly timidity of the Court.

Look at all the off and on, off and on bans and releases for the temporary pause of unvetted terrorist nation origin illegals that Trump put in.
A judge in Hawaii and then another one somewhere thwarted the President and it took conservative judges to un-thwart them-—for a time.

Replace “ most restrictive abortion law” with “most friendly to the unborn law”.

Interesting, isn’t it?

You ask, "What is best in life?"

I tell you - FIRST, you must HAVE life!

Destruction to those who would take the life of an innocent!
