How does that law on condoms get enforced?

I don’t understand why “removing a condom” is a step too far in
but knowingly, deceptively, exposing or infecting a partner with hiv is no big deal now in CA and, perhaps, federally under Biden

prohibited restaurants from handing out ketchup packets and other disposable condiments unless customers ask for them. This was my big issue...I'm so glad CA state government has involved themselves into regulating what private businesses provide their patrons. Good gawd!~

Enforcement will give the illegals something to do.
They are at least experts on something.

Got to wonder if it applies equally to the penetrator and the penetrated.

cleared the way for a nation’s first ban on the sale of new gas-powered leaf blowers and lawn mowers. Don't be fooled, this legislation authorized the CARB to ban ALL spark-ignition motors under 25HP.
Not just leaf blowers and lawn mowers. Go-karts, dirt bikes, lawn tractors, generators, outboard motors, etc.
ANYTHING under 25HP.

Isn’t it nice to know that in nearly all human activities, even sex and having lunch, the State of California is there to help?

Rigidly.
Sorry, you set it up.

" . . . made it illegal to remove a condom without consent during intercourse . . . "
Whatever happened to the left's cry of, "Keep government out of the bedroom"?

How does that law on condoms get enforced? Condom Police. They're hiring.

Some of the frogs are starting to feel the heat but the majority haven’t noticed.

This is what they voted for, let them enjoy it. With corrupt elections are now the norm, how do you know they voted for any of this, I concede that plenty there did but I sincerely question whether the majority did.
