Yes, this is Raffensperger's office's response (which just today was, along with other documents accepted as proof by the judge that the "respondents" have "no standing" see here: https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/21084400-favorito-order-10-13-2021 ). However it (the response by Raffensperger) is a dutifully sworn document sworn under penalty of perjury (because it's an official court document), so one must presume that the "investigators" mentioned in said document (the first link) aren't lying to serve Raffensperger, or any alleged agenda of his, but really are independent in their investigation and/or conclusions. This is simply the only rational way to interpret such statements by these investigators. Unless they are part of some massive pizza-loving, lizard sympathizing whatever the heck else one wishes to pull out of one's hat to dismiss even further the weight of evidence *against* a "stolen election" claim.
Even if you, the reader of this post, aren't at that "place" yet (to acknowledge the reality of court proceedings), please at least consider that you have probably never heard of this fact, that these independent investigators have reached these conclusions, from any right-leaning media you may exclusively rely upon for "news". Please, please, ask yourself why is that? Why have you only heard, at "best", from such sources that this case was "only dismissed for lack of standing". It wasn't. It simply wasn't "only" dismissed for that reason. It was ALSO dismissed because the evidence was indeed examined, and found to be lacking, just like all the other cases in the Twitter thread in my profile.
Please read it, and at least try to consider that the news sources you rely upon might actually be biased themselves. I know it's difficult, I faced the *exact* same difficulty back in Dec 2020, as I detail in my profile. (and let me be CRYSTAL clear, I do NOT deny that there is indeed leftist bias in media such as CNN, MSNBC, the WP, etc, there IS). All I'm saying now, and have been for months now, is that it's sadly become clear to me that some on the right have an equal bias.
Please, just consider this possibility. And always be careful who you trust for any information. That's all I've ever wanted from anyone.

You're right, of course, but prepare to remain frustrated.
There's too much investment in the narrative by the "fraud" grifters, like Bannon and Navarro, who promote it because it brings them money, attention and power. The same for the craven politicians who know better but see the power this "victim" narrative has to spin up the most passionate wing of the base for money and primary votes.
It's one of the more cynical scams in recent memory but for now it still seems effective in harvesting from the credulous so don't expect any big changes.
We're way past reason and evidence in this saga.

If I'm not mistaken, the failure rate for the ballot scanners was set abnormally high to cause a re-scan under 'adjudication' after the ballot is separated from the security envelope. Evidence of this ploy was not reflected in the decision and order.
And I believe the GBI are the same Ga Bureau Investigation that responded to patriots filming ballot destruction a few days before Election day by returning the ballot booty to the shredders and escorting the patriots off the property.
I have seen what is going on in this nation myself, firsthand. There is zero doubt an intelligence operation has taken over this nation, and I have zero doubt it has penetrated everything, from the media to the judiciary, to the Secretary Of State Offices, to the grassroots level.
Take a look at the link below, where it has popped into the news. Have zero doubt this election was rigged. Whether our side has some cohort of intelligence professionals working an intelligence operation to expose this and take our nation back, and how successful they will be is the only question.
If you are thinking this is a question of whether a few people committed a crime of election fraud, maybe as part of a coordinated Democrat Party scheme, and whether the machinery can be used to expose it, you are way, way off base.
These are CIA-like intel professionals rigging the election in ways they have war-gamed against a thousand ways to try and make it undetectable/unexposable, and maybe, CIA-like intel professionals trying to execute a plan, maybe illegal itself, to find a flaw in the first groups’ plan, and take control back from them.

I’ll readily agree with you that a lot of folks reference the ballot boxes hidden under the table, without realizing they appear to have been put there 15 minutes or so before, and are full of ballots brought from the sorting tables.
That said, we can also see rescans which are not being cleared in between. Yes, when there is a stuck ballot, the problematic ballot is pulled out, the pile restacked, the set is cleared, and they are scanned again as part of normal procedure - however you can clearly see that those sub actions such as clearing the set are not being done in a number of cases.
Further, the boxes were not kept orderly, so a check of a thousand ballots is trivial in regards verifying anything.
There is a lot of dividing-by-zero type of logic in the statements, where there is nowhere near enough information given to support the conclusions, and yes, still outstanding examples of contradiction.
