Chicago has begun installing “Bleeding Control Kits” across the city under the new Safe Chicago program amid an increase in gun violence.
The city will install 426 Bleeding Control Kits in 269 Chicago buildings, including City Hall and Chicago Public Library locations. Each kit can treat up to eight victims.
Every kit comes equipped with a tourniquet, gauze, shears, gloves, and an instruction manual on how to best use it in instances of “life threatening bleeding emergencies” that can result from falls, penetrating injuries (such as stabbings), gunshot wounds, and more.
Announced earlier this month to coincide with National Preparedness Month, the program was launched by the Office of Emergency Management and Communications and the Federal Emergency Management Agency in partnership with the Chicago Fire Department, Chicago Police Department, and Assets and Information Services.

That implies the people who need to use them actually have to be able to read....and we know democrat run schools in large cities have been creating nothing but illiterates for 30 years...
How about instead of installing bleeding control kits, they install politicians who actually want to do their job and enforce the laws. And give the cops the money and ability to do it too.
This just gets more ridiculous every day. Let criminals out of jail, you know they are criminals, and what do criminals do?
Then you eliminate cops’ ability to do anything about it, then defund them, now you’re grasping at straws to come up with a way to deal with the crisis YOU created by way of your own stupidity.

People are the government, as I keep saying, if the majority vote a certain way, that way is going to be how it is, harsh but it is what it is.
Body bag stations and also chalk kits, to make it convenient to draw outlines of all the victims on the streets and sidewalks.
Also, free pamphlets reminding Chicagoans to vote for gun prohibitions, because gun prohibitions are what keeps them safe from gun violence (hence the need for all the body bags and chalked outlines).
