Anybody who has been to a jr. high science fair and seen a cosmic ray detector (often called a “cloud chamber”) should be able to consider this.

Most of the “follow the science crowd” believes our climate is a “delicate balance”. In reality it is a remarkable combination of powerful forces.

That was Svensmark’ s main early scientific contribution in the late 1990s.

. Changes in ground area vs sea area under effective insolation ('Solar Irradiance') due to continental drift is why we are currently in an Ice Age.

Yes. Human activity was never an issue as it turns out. The greenhouse gas theory is has been completely debunked.

“Man caused, or Anthroprogenic, climate change is fake BS.”

I have no doubt climate change is real. In fact, I would entertain the idea that climate change has been accelerated by human activity.

I strongly doubt we can do anything to reverse what has been done. That being said, I do favor using renewable/sustainable resources where it makes sense. The key: where it makes sense.

This is a nice reaffirming article however the science blindly stating that it didn’t even think about this in the past is absurd.

I’ve noticed that generally since the last ice age earth experienced it has become gradually warmer through the centuries. And it did so between previous ice ages before the last glacial period. Science knows that this is not anything new it’s just something that has been grossly ignored by the agenda pushers.

However, it is the first time an inter-glacial period has been used to bilk fortunes out of taxpayers...under the guise of saving the world from a solar cycle.

Once one accepts that this is a solar cycle and it’s happened four or five times in our Earths geological past, l it becomes almost humorous to observe the estupidos vainly trying to turn this into something it is not.

I am not a climate denier, climate happens every day on this orb. But I am somewhat taken aback, and it is rather easy to understand, quite a bit of the cosmology involved.

Earth abides... and it will continue to do so.

“Man caused, or Anthroprogenic, climate change is fake BS.”

The main point and, happily, a fully proven point now.

“...the debate appears to be over.”

If by this you mean iut is now “settled science” you are wrong because science is never “settled” on anything...ever. Any and all findings in any area are constantly being challenged by other scientists in an effort to prove them wrong if possible.

This doesn’t mean they will succeed in doing so it just means they will as scientists always do try and find a flaw in the findings.

The Solar Cycle and its impacts on the earth have been tracked since 1755. Google "Solar maximum" and "Maunder minimum."

We are entering the Solar Maximum part of Solar Cycle 25. Temperatures will rise, drought will increase, food production will decrease. It's all part of the Solar Maximum part of the Solar Cycle, as scientifically observed and documented since 1755.

Science has known since then that increased solar activity (flares, coronal mass ejections, sunspots) have had direct impacts on our weather and temperature since then.

This is actual SCIENCE, as observed and measured for almost 200 years. Not like global warming which is a political movement joined by socialists, communists, democrats, progressives, environmentalists and anyone else seeking to wrest control of our daily lives from us.

Serious scientific debate is now over.

AGW as a theory is back to being dead as a doornail. No current data can refloat it.

The witch is dead, billyboy. Rejoice why don’t you.

Gravity, the one settled science. (At least on this earth. Universal Gravity has obviously not been measured on every planet, and therefore remains a theory.) Everything else continues to be questioned and tested again, and again, and again.

Shocking!

THE most significant source of heat energy is most significantly responsible for the climate.

Follow the energy.

You are missing the point that peak solar activity is in a drastic downswing across multiple solar cycles now. Plus our planet’s own magnetic field is becoming critically weak-kneed and wobbly as it inevitably heads into a long and drawn out phase of magnetic confusion in which inevitably the north and south magnetic poles will switch positions.

Who would have thought that big fireball in the sky had anything to do with earth’s climate.

It’s the most significant source of magnetic field protection, and is beginning to become more stingy with same.

Mankind’s contribution is what real scientists call negligible, meaning it’s so small as to be ignored. Natural forces are so much more powerful than mankind, bits not even close.

Right as the Earth’s own capacity to shield itself from spaceborne cosmic rays from every corner of the universe is similarly slipping away.
