The rate of Covid-19 cases is dropping nationally but rising in these 5 states

The big picture for Covid-19 in the US is looking a little brighter as new infections and hospitalizations decline. In 45 states, the rates of new Covid-19 cases either declined or stayed relatively steady this past week compared to the previous week, according to data Saturday from Johns Hopkins University.

Five states -- Montana, Colorado, Minnesota, Michigan and Pennsylvania -- had at least 10% more new cases this past week compared to the previous week.

Also, New England is getting cold because it is the fall season and more people are inside away from the cold in a closed atmosphere, touching all the same things, and not getting enough sunlight to produce vitamin D.

As I read somewhere, the South had its spike in the summer, in which people went inside to escape the heat. Now, the people in the north are moving indoors to stay warm. That makes sense to me since indoors spreads Covid but not outdoors.
