All Leftists have no issue with imposing draconian restrictions on liberty, ability to make money, procreate, own property, drive a car, be subject to rationing, operate gas powered machinery, and all that goes along with that...including the privilege of not being culled from the herd at the whim of the state.

And that is because they all think they will be part of the “Inner Party” that will dictate these things to others.
