The judge is the ultimate decision maker on granting his release no matter who got the DA elected.

Pretty safe bet. The Harris County (TX) DA is a Soros owned and operated property.

No. The Tarrant DA is a Republican former prosecutor and judge, who became DA in 2015 after defeating two criminal defense lawyers in the 2014 Republican primary. I don’t know how good she is, but she certainly doesn’t have the traits of a Soros-funded DA candidate.
