White House press secretary Jen Psaki pushed back against climate envoy John Kerry's admission that President Biden had not been aware of the French ire brought on by the AUKUS submarine deal.

'Of course he knew about the French being displeased,' Psaki said, after Monday when Kerry said Biden 'literally had not been aware' of the fallout of the AUKUS submarine deal that caused France to lose a $90billion submarine contract.

Both Psaki and Kerry are professional liars so you can’t believe either one but its likely that Biden has no clue on ANYTHING. He’s just a reader.

Australia was dragged into reality by becoming a real enemy to China deploying real weapons or continuing to pretend it had real submarines made by the French

Money is not really the issue.

The issue is the Inferior, unequal, meaningless French technology came to the forefront of the world.

Australia will be a genuine threat

Psaki trying to deflect, claiming the story is about Biden no knowing the French were displeased, rather than not knowing about the submarine deal.

The Australian-UK-US submarine deal has all the markings of President Donald Trump.

It almost certainly is a holdover the Biden team was unaware of and/or unable to stop.

Kerry has family in France. My liberal aunt there even had his sister for dinner once.

However the Kerry’s could give two shts about the country, pushing the globalist agenda there instead. In fact, it is Germany which wanted Australia to not favor France so as to keep France inside NATO on the same heel as Germany is, and eventually dependent on Russia gas, pushing to shut nuke plants there too.

This whole thing is such PC hypocrite Kabuki theater

Was Jao Bai-din’s pudding made in France? If not, he knows nothing about dealings with France.

In the EU the French run everything of importance. The UK left the EU. Without the UK leaving the EU the sub deal could not have taken place, as everything needed to be approved by the EU aka France. The French had some left over anger over the UK exit. That’s what this is all about.

As far as the actual sub deal went, France will be paid the agreed deal cancellation fee. Deals get cancelled every day. The French reaction is to fall on the floor kicking and yelling, “Youhatemeyouhateme!”

So she is confirming that John Kerry is a liar, unless of course she is lying. Hard to keep up with the lying liars who lie.

You ever work with a French company?

This is typical. Good luck getting out of it scott free.

You are right that the French and Germans achieved their dream of a United States of Europe. The UK leaving was a huge blow to their pride, and will result in some sort of action eventually.

As I watched the White House exchange,it seemed to me that Psaki jumped in to answer that of course Biden was aware of the tension. But that wasn’t how I saw Kerry’s quote. It seemed to me Kerry said Biden knew of France’s ire but didn’t know why they were upset. Psaki answered a question not asked to avoid the real question of Biden’s involvement with a deal like this.
