Stephanie Grisham: Trump Was Staging a Coup — I Will Cooperate with January 6 Committee
Breitbart ^ | 10/05/2021 | Pam Key

Posted on 10/06/2021 5:54:44 AM PDT by ChicagoConservative27

Former Trump press secretary Stephanie Grisham said Tuesday on CNN’s “The Lead” that former President Donald Trump attempted a “coup” and she will cooperate with the January 6 congressional select committee.

Grisham said, “There are citizens out there who don’t realize what a 2024 Donald Trump presidency can look like. And I’m just hoping against hope that I, by being completely honest, can help people just understand what the consequences could truly be.”

What would a Donald Trump 2024 Presidency look like: $2.00 gas, energy self sufficiency, finished border wall, lots of illegal immigrants self deporting, North Korea and China being very quiet, FBI getting hammered for looking at parents as criminals, and maybe a wholesale firing of SES’s. I could live with that.

I assume the real estate Trump didn’t surrounded himself with the human trash he filled his administration with.

Coups and insurrections have involved firearms for the last 500 or so years. The only firearm use in the 1/6 so-called “insurrection” was by a Capitol Policeman against an unarmed woman. These people are liars pushing a narrative.

However one wants to describe Donald Trump, as Teflon, beleaguered, sui generis, whatever, he is beyond these ankle biters now.

Trump is larger-than-life

Trump is Trump and will carry the day or not-or perhaps Joe Biden will simply hand him the day.

I don’t think DJT comprehends the ruthlessness involved.

I don't think that is his issue. He underestimated you can't fire these people as easily as a private business. They are like professional leaches. They make a living of regular American's taxes.

While the pressure by evil forces may be nearly unbearable, as to maintaining one's dignity and loyalty in the face of evil I recall those fine lines in "Wall Street" delivered by Hal Holbrook to Charlie Sheen:

Man looks into the Abyss, and there’s nothin’ staring back at him. At that moment, man finds his character, and that’s what keeps him out of the Abyss.

Trump’s inability to recruit good talent for his administration is precisely why I won’t unfortunately be supporting him in the ‘24 primary. The next Republican presidency cannot be saddled with constant drama and distractions…

I seem to recall the Soo-Preme court passed on hearing a dispute involving a couple of dozen States.

Was the January 6th rally a mob? A peaceful protest?

“We have courts to decide those things...not mobs.”

Really? Which country would that be? Seems to me that the courts in the USA were not interested and couldn’t be bothered.

Chris Christie seems to be in. Would you vote for him over Trump if that's the choice?

Eff you pal. I was there that day. We were not a mob but a million patriots fed up with a corrupt government.

-- Her fantasies would land her in the land of perjury. --

She's in a protected class, the class of liberal liars. Blasey Ford and many others get away with it. It's up to the DOJ to exercise discretion as it selects who to persecute. Grisham is safe as long as she is anti-conservative.

So she says. Let’s see the video, audio or docs showing he was pushing a coup. Or go away.

Sorry Jon, but that is a strawman argument. I will be supporting either Rand Paul or DeSantis in the primary, and will likely vote for Trump if he wins.

We have a better stable for the office in ‘24. I would prefer to see Trump as a kingmaker than a candidate.
