Politicians and parents are joining together to slam the Department of Justice’s recent decision to bring in the FBI to investigate what it called a spike in “harassment, intimidation, and threats of violence” against school teachers, administrations, board members and other staff.
In recent months, dozens of parents have taken a stand in school board meetings against the teaching of Critical Race Theory in classrooms and to protest mask mandates, causing some to wonder what the FBI and DOJ are actually investigating.

On Monday, Biden’s Attorney General, USSC failed wannabe, Merrick Garland, issued a vacuous memorandum in which he wailed about the “disturbing spike in harassment, intimidation, and threats of violence against school administrators, board members, teachers, and staff.”
Clearing his throat with an empty nod to the inconvenient fact that the Constitution protects “spirited debate,” ignorant Garland incorrectly — indeed, outrageously for someone of his experience as a Justice Department official and federal appellate judge — claimed that free-speech principles yield not only to “threats of violence” but also to “efforts to intimidate individuals based on their views” (at least, evidently, individuals not named Sinema or Manchin).
The Democrat Party is a terrorist organization.

Within this article you find the “Parents Defending Education .org.” They are leading the push back against the National Schoolboards Assn use of the DOJ. Their Facebook page provided an easy way to send an excellent email to the DOJ, asking that their dogs not be used against parents.
It is a small leap from the DOJ ‘finding evidence’ that parents are terrorist and education someday becoming Federalized - regardless of the Constitution.
I see the issue as the Socialists v the Constitution - Not Dem v Repubs. The school boards are too often being elected by the Left. Enough!
Not sure where local school policy has anything to do with interstate commerce.
