Lt. Col. Stuart Scheller is in a military jail for denouncing the US over its Afghanistan pullout.
Pro-Trump entities have shared their support for Scheller, including by raising over $2 million.
Scheller, however, has said he'd rather "sit in jail" than accept support from Donald Trump.

The MAGA community has raised more than $2 million for a Marine officer who went viral for criticizing the US withdrawal from Afghanistan and saying he wanted to "bring the whole fucking system down." The officer in question, however, has spoken out against former President Donald Trump.
Lt. Col. Stuart Scheller, a decorated battalion commander, is in military jail on suspicion of violating military laws.
After the news, the Pipe Hitter Foundation set up a fundraising platform for Scheller.

I’ll never understand why some folks still think the military has some sort of special connection to the Right or even understands what they are supposed to be defending.
We were played just as that coffee company did to us. Trump did NOT divide America, the MSM and Democrat attacks on Trump AND on MAGA divided America. The left aren’t even hiding how far left they are now, as they zoom past socialism and into communism right before our eyes. I saw an article over at CampusReform on a new example, “’Communist Party’ at U Florida contested student govt. elections on ‘labor army,’ abolition, CRT platform”, so give that a look. Remember the old days when they tried to hide that? I do, and those were prior to 2016. At least this marine revealed who he was early enough that folks can get their donations back and he can rot for all I care.
I hope he rots. The left certainly wont bail him out, they put him in!
I watched a few of his videos. I didn’t know he was a closet communist. Trump is so pro-American it oozes from his pores. Hating on him just revealed this ‘marine’ clown for what he was.

Where was he before Trump beginning at least with Clinton when the two tier rule of law flourished…
He’s probably trying to curry favor with the prosecutors by denouncing Trump.
Donald Trump didn’t divide the country. His election just brought it to the surface.
I think we are being played by the MSM and the left on this one.
Trump divided NOTHING. It was the democrats and DNCMedia refusing to acknowledge he was elected president over Hillary by the majority of voters.
The entire 4 years was them fighting the voters’ choice.

I wouldn’t be surprised if this light colonel’s attorney told him that if he bashed president Trump, he would get a light sentence and an honorable discharge; but if he embraced Trump, they would throw the book at him.
And being the stand up kind of guy President Trump is, if he was told this, he wouldn’t take it personally.

You are correct. His parents appeared on Fox yesterday to say he is NOT anti-Trump and “he knows where his support comes from.”
Appreciate his service, but he has little critical thinking ability.
