I’ve read in the past that the DEA does this all the time with passengers who pay in cash (can they still do that?) for a one-way ticket. They pull the old “if you don’t let us search your baggage we will bring in the drug dog”.
Tucson station is where Wyatt Earp shot bad guys who were trying to interfere as he was getting his family out of town after OK corral.
They have a bronze statue of him holding a shotgun right on the spot there on the ramp.

Took a few days but we just found out that the piece of excrement who murdered a U of Utah football play and shot his girlfriend multiple times (while already on the ground) was born in (ready of this??) - Sudan. Got a slap on the wrist for a couple of armed robberies. No prison time. Thank you to the worthless DA and judges and the moron on TV who was concerned about “over punishment”. Perp kept claiming he was a juvenile and the members of the court system bought it. But the sheeple will keep electing politicians who are soft on violent criminals.
