No, they are not going after the big industrial farmers; those with thousands of acres and thousand of head of cattle.

They are going after the small farmers with a few head of cattle and a few hundred acres.

The goal is to concentrate property and power in a closeted few people creating a corporatist socialist state.

Small businesses and farms are systematically squeezed out of the economy and replaced by ever larger corporations controlled by the Federal state.

The vote will become meaningless because the corporate state will control everything.

I know several individual families that raise a few steers and or pigs for their personal consumption and few for sale. They do not make a lot of money. A tax like this would quickly end that.
