WHY WOULD ANYONE BELIEVE SPEAKER PELOSI, SHE HAS TWISTED FACTS AND LIED TO WE THE PEOPLE AND JOE BIDEN HAS DONE LITTLE ELSE (OTHER THAN LIE TO US) WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD TRUST THEM WITH A TRILLION DOLLARS...what is spelled out is pure Socialism...teeth care to child care to free education IF you take the various vaccines. Call your Senators NOW and urge them to wait until a clearer bill can be written and not a "bank buster". America is in deep debt as it is. I think it is Unconstitutional to be so horribly in debt...the Democrats want you to expect Government to take care of you from cradle to grave...Vote for Freedom and Liberty...you won't get it with a liberal government.

I agree. Its absurd that we have 2000 page bills which nobody has read, and then at the 11th hour, things are going in and out , and no body knows what they are voting on.

Never underestimate Pelosi’s power......like Hillary she’s had decades of acquiring the goods on everyone and unafraid to threaten those who oppose her. Pelosi has always seen herself with power equal to the President in office. ...she still does.

Let some Republicans vote for it, enough to get it passed. If this bill is passed, with Republican votes, ahead of a vote the $3.5 trillion bill then it’ll enrage the progressives and drive a wedge between the wings of the Democrat party. The infighting will carry on well past the 2022 elections.

Flooding bills with every kind of giveaway and deals is how the Dems roll.......they always use flooding tactics to Hide what they’re really doing in these bills...they use distorted language as well....just ask Pelosi....she admitted she loves creating chaos and confusion.

RINO Central; it is what it is.

But Pelosi has now jerked the vote back twice. The Regressives thought they could hold the “Infrastructure” bill hostage to get more socialism. The plan was to force votes on both together.

That’s failing.

They are still holding our for more good stuff. But Manchin seems immovable and has taken a harder and harder public stand. He’s at less than 50% of what they want in the budget right now.

Not seeing that changing.

If the “Infrastructure” bill gets yanked too.... well, keep the prayers going FRiends.

“Lord please forgive us and our nation for its many sins and deliver us from the evil Fascist Left and their agenda to undo and destroy America.”

Lord, hear our prayer.

“It would be dead already if these (Republicans) had not voted for it.”

Actually it’s MORE FUN watching the Democrat civil war, rather than simply killing it outright and being done with it.

Schumer had a plotz. “Two Senators are holding up the wishes of 48 Democrats!”

Uh, and 50 Republicans. That’s 52 against your 48, clown.

Nanzi is just waiting for MGT to go home and then pass whatever by unanimous consent. The Republicans must stand guard over the House chambers and always have one or two people to object to unanimous consent requests. Even on days where nothing important is scheduled.

Good summary of one of the reasons we are 28 trillion in debt now. Playing politics with the citizens wealth gets us nowhere good.

Playing politics with citizen's wealth has been par for the course for both parties for decades. It's been a constant round of tax less and spend more by both parties. And if you're upset by that then suck it up, Buttercup. I don't much like it either but it's never going to change regardless of who is in the White House and who is running Congress.

He’s at $1.5 T because he knows that amount might pass, and it would also accomplish all the $3.5 T bill does without as much money, money they can always add next year an subsequent years. The important thing he realizes is : the smaller amount would set in stone all the government programs the Regressives have wished for since the dawn of Communism. He’s no hero.
