Back when I was a pup, we used to bait the local cops by driving around town sipping pop out of a paper bag. Sometimes we would turn up the music to attract attention.
When pulled us over and asked to see what we were drinking, we'd peel off the bag to reveal a bottle of Dr. Pepper or some other non-alcoholic drink.
Then we'd have a good laugh. It just dawned on me that a bag of epsom salt would work with this gig.
