More than a year after George Floyd’s death, Gov. Gavin Newsom signed a stack of bills on Thursday aimed at holding California law enforcement officers accountable for misconduct and restricting uses of force that have resulted in death and injury.
The eight measures signed into law by Newsom include raising the minimum age for police officers from 18 to 21, and allowing their badges to be permanently taken away for excessive force, dishonesty and racial bias.

Actually this article out of date since being released. There have been 4 additional homicides in Oakland and the weekend is coming up. George Floyd is a big deal but 104 Oakland residents not so much.
Excessive force, dishonesty and racial bias will be whatever BLM and antifa say it is.
If I were a police officer, I'd take my family and head to a red state immediately before I am inevitably fired, jailed and my pension taken away.

This RAT OUT YOUR FELLOW OFFICERS order is deadly. Just defending yourself will be a nightmare even if the report is bogus. And be sure that the press will support bogus reports from officers who don't like you or want to climb over you as all they want is money.
"intercede" means you may not have the opportunity to investigate weapons in the situation and be caught by this bill. Advice: Leave the state now.

They are moving quickly to make the West Coast uninhabitable, along with major urban centers in the rest of the country. This will bring about the inevitable partition of our nation.
Kalifornia will still have a police force but it will be reduced to writing parking tickets and setting speed traps for revenue. It should make a nice gig for fat, lazy, government “workers”.
