All biological women under 50 (or 55?) are given a pregnancy test before surgery. The hospital would give a cloistered nun a pregnancy test before surgery. Should all those women be insulted by a pregnancy test? When you go to the hospital, you must be treated based on what your biology is - not what you wish it to be.
