The Food and Drug Administration is leaning toward approving a half-dose of Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccine as a booster shot, according to a report.

The agency is satisfied that the dosage level would provide enough protection against the virus, people familiar with the matter told Bloomberg News.

Moderna's vaccine was developed on Trump's watch. I would be more inclined to trust it than any of the others.

Pfizer is the second most tested.

I will be happy to get a booster if, and only if, the Novavax vaccine is approved and available.

And that is that.

Original dosage of Moderna was about 3x that of Pfizer. Pfizer went with a full dose booster - seems original dose was “light”. Moderna was much heavier dose and a half-strength booster makes some sense. “Science” doesn’t equate to “precision”.

Maybe “those in charge” would have the dosing figured out if there were long term studies completed.
This is an experiment on billions of people.
