Nursing home.

She has lots of people and rescue dogs depending on her.

I’m not sure she can find another job that fast as she’s not in a big city.

I can only speak from my experience in Upstate NY, but every residential care facility I’m familiar with up here is begging for help.

If she can buy time by trying to get an exemption, tell her to start looking.

Could she do in-home caregiving? Maybe some of those agencies are not mandating the shot.

Nursing homes are everywhere. My wife has worked at three of them in the past ten years and we’re in rural Missouri. All three nursing homes are within 10 miles of each other. She might also look into home care. Some people prefer to keep their parents at home instead of in a home and they can get financial aid but they need help sometimes, especially if they have kids.
