I can only speak from my experience in Upstate NY, but every residential care facility I’m familiar with up here is begging for help.
If she can buy time by trying to get an exemption, tell her to start looking.
I have and she has, to no avail.
It breaks my heart.
She is such an angel to people and animals, both.
She does not deserve this tyrannical treatment.

They fire nurses for not getting vaccinated and their move is to use national guard soldiers to replace them.
That’s funny because the national guard falls under its states authority until federalized under martial law.
They weren’t subject to the federal military Vax mandate.
