It's a great hypothesis.
An 89 year old good friend of ours is just now starting to recover from Covid. She was in/out of the hospital, twice. She was fully vax'd about a month prior to getting Covid. She did not get Covid, all this time until after getting the vax.
Her son was fully vax'd and wound up in the hospital as well. He did not get Covid, all this time, until after getting the vax a few months ago.
Her son's wife, never got the vax. She took care of both her husband as well as her mother in law....and did not get Covid.
Almost all of them, actually. Tetanus following injury is about the only single dose vaccination. Even Rabies for humans is 4 doses given every few days after being bitten.
Multiple exposures creates stronger and longer lasting immune memory. One issue with the Covid vaccines is that they are spaced too close together, 3 weeks when it should have been at least 3 months and probably 6 for the best response and least adverse events.
“Yep. With all statistics, rate needs to be compared with a normal rate of those in the age group who died from natural causes.”
Brings to mind the old refrain of “lies, damned lies and statistics”.
It’s impossible to arrive at any meaningful conclusions from this report with the information provided. And our side is as guilty of cherry picking as the other side.
It all comes down to whose ox is getting gored.
A simple internet search indicates that the all-cause mortality rate for Medicare beneficiaries averages 5% a year.
(I consulted various studies on Jama.net and PubMed.)
Pertinent question: Do you trust attorneys? How much is he making with all the lawsuits he is filing? Not saying he is wrong, but...........
There's no reason why a virus with a 99.7% recovery rate shouldn't have had an extended testing period.
“the vaccines are effective but not perfect”
The thing people don’t underrated and pros ignore is this: Something that all people take, that kills some, is not going to help those that it does not kill.
And, with a 99%+ survival rate, there was no reason for Pfizer to destroy its control group by injecting them.
Two percent seems perfectly reasonable to me, even low.
About 3.3 million died last year (2020), or about 1% of the population.
The vast majority of Medicare recipients are 65 or over. Do old people die at twice the rate as young people? I’d be surprised if it were only twice the rate.
Condolences and prayers for your tragic loss.
Putting Ivermectin over the counter would end this virus in 6 weeks.
So a bunch of old folks died within 14 days of getting a vaccine....
Reminds me of “All this for a flag”, or, “some people did something”, for some reason.
Your cavalier and flippant attitude, towards “vax” deaths, marches on.
Pay no attention to the REAL vaccinations that were PULLED, soon after only hundreds died.....not 30,000 (or, are the VAERS numbers up to 40K, now?).
Disgusting to see such thoughtlessness toward those who’ve died from these experimental and risky shots.
I suppose you’re good with all of the adverse effects these shots are causing, as well.
Oh, wait....they were ALL going to get cancer/myocarditis/have strokes and aneurysms...and, or die, regardless of the shot. MANY who were healthy, no underlying conditions, prior to.
🙃
So sorry for your loss.
Ignore those who claim it was going to happen, at the exact same time, anyway.
Prayers up, for all who loved your dear mom.
Then why not give it a go?

I got cholera and plague shots every 5-6 months while going to and from SEA circa 1969-1971.

Where in the article does it say that many of them had no pre-existing conditions? Many people in the 65+ age group do have pre-existing conditions. Vaccine-related myocarditis occurs in 0.001% of vaccinated people. You'll forgive me if I don't clutch my pearls.

And how exactly is asking questions that are not answered by the article "cavalier" "flippant" and "thoughtlessness"? I prefer to know the facts before jumping to conclusions, something that seems to be in decline at FR at present.
And then, we'll learn that the "vaccine" wasn't developed during the Trump year but was already prepared, along with the virus, long before Trump became president.
